Youth Training
BFA offers soccer training on a year-round and seasonal basis for youth participants ages 7 – 17. A typical year-round schedule consists of two training sessions per week with an option to add a third session per week that focuses on specific skills and techniques. We offer the following training programs:
- Field Players
- Goalkeeping Training
- Soccer Conditioning
- Futsal Camps
Youth Soccer Conditioning
This program offers youth ages 15 to 17 an opportunity to participate in a fitness & conditioning program under the guidance of a professional fitness coach who has trained with elite international soccer and futsal players. Our soccer conditioning training is designed to work on areas such as strength, speed and agility, endurance, and flexibility.

Training sessions may range in size from a small group to a maximum of 25 players, to ensure quality instruction is provided to all players.

- Interested in training sessions for your entire team? Team sessions are available and can be customized to meet the needs of an entire team.


- Add Friday sessions to any plan for $40/month (price includes four 60-minute skills sessions)
- Player drop-in fee = $25/session (Monday-Thursday upon availability)
